Structure:
The whole base has 19 types and 43 parts.
3 sets of bolt pair connection, patented technology. Each group of bolt pairs can be combined and adjusted independently. The lower pressing plate and the upper steel plate are integrally cast; The adjusting shim can be processed with different thickness as required; The lower steel plate is cast in one time. The special sleeve anchor bolt is convenient for future replacement.
This system is specially designed for the coking and storage yard to support the track when bearing complex loads under heavy load and high speed conditions. At the same time, considering the extreme working conditions and the working wind speed, the crane can still operate at any position. It also guarantees that:
1. Transfer the load of the crane to the infrastructure safely;
2. When the ambient temperature changes, the rail is allowed to have a certain expansion along the axis;
3. The track can be easily removed and replaced;
4. It can provide reliable lateral stability and cope with lateral cyclic stress;
